Sculpture «Anastasis Delta»

The work of Kostis Georgiou with the complex of seven forms was originally installed in 2018 on the coastal road of Alexandroupolis, near the Lighthouse. From the beginning of 2021 it was moved next to the Argo Park, a few meters from the sea.

"Anatasis Delta", with the characteristic abstract red figures of the famous artist was placed on a raised pedestal and aesthetically characterizes the already beautiful part of the city. The seven figures of the dancers-athletes form a work 2.20 metres high and weighing around 350 kilograms.
